An AI-native email client wanted to launch globally. The challenge was deciding where to start.
We developed a market-entry strategy that evaluated 100 markets across four dimensions: market potential, competitive advantage, regulatory friction and execution feasibility. The result was a prioritised launch sequence that balanced ambition with practical readiness.
The work connected product positioning, regional compliance requirements and go-to-market motions into a single actionable plan — so the team could launch with confidence rather than spread themselves thin.

A structured lens on 100 markets.
We built a scoring model that weighed market potential against competitive advantage, regulatory friction and execution feasibility. This turned a vague global ambition into a ranked, debatable launch sequence the leadership team could act on.

Phased rollout, not a big bang.
Instead of launching everywhere at once, we clustered markets into waves. Each wave had a clear objective — learn, prove, scale — and a set of localisation, partnership and compliance moves that had to be ready before go-live.

Positioning that travels.
The product story was designed to work across regions without losing its edge: an AI-native inbox that clears the noise so teams can focus on what matters. Messaging was adapted for enterprise buyers, regulators and end users without diluting the core promise.
