For more than 15 years, I’ve helped organisations turn complex customer and business challenges into clear product direction, new propositions and tangible outcomes. My work has included ServiceNow, Nike, BMW, ASML, Aviva, DHL and the European Commission.
I’m at my best in early, ambiguous stages: identifying the real opportunity, aligning people around a direction and moving quickly from strategy into prototypes, experiments and execution.
Alongside my corporate work, I build products, ventures and communities. I co-founded SkyCircle, an AI strategy and compliance advisory, and Product Pulse, an online product community with monthly events. I created KnowTheAct, a plain-English EU AI Act guide for consumers, and developed the AI Amplifier Framework to help product teams connect strategy, building and validation. I also served as the Founding President of Amstelveen Toastmasters.
My independent product work includes AI-enabled consumer concepts developed in Shanghai and Singapore, where I explored how emerging technology can reduce friction, personalise experiences and create new value within super-app ecosystems.
Fascinated by the growth motion of super apps, I self-initiated a premium category for Grab, one of Asia's biggest super apps, called GrabSelect. I defined the value proposition, grounded commercial model (subscription + behaviour lift), and leverage of existing intelligence and priority-delivery infrastructure — an adjacent zero-to-one product move with minimal technical rebuild. See the business strategy here.
Dutch-born Chinese and fluent in English, Dutch and Cantonese, I work naturally across European and Asian contexts.
I’m particularly interested in AI-native products, fintech and zero-to-one opportunities where strategic clarity needs to move quickly into something useful, understandable and real.
Let’s build what’s next.
Have an idea, product challenge or emerging market opportunity?
I work with founders, product leaders and executive teams on AI-native products, new ventures and complex opportunities that need both strategic clarity and hands-on momentum.
