Synthesise insight, recommend a product direction and design or prototype the core experience. Make assumptions and trade-offs explicit.

Use feedback and available evidence to refine the direction. Build a prioritised roadmap with dependencies and validation milestones.

Operating model
I lead the agreed engagement, working with your product, engineering, data and risk specialists. Architecture, production releases and regulatory approval are assigned explicitly. A prototype is not a production commitment.
